Machines Explained

  • The machines assist people needing to improve their fitness, injured people or people with a specific condition enabling them to safely and effectively exercise (specialist pregnancy programmes included).

  • The machines can challenge people who are already fit, with programmes that raise the heart rate and build muscle. Very effective for preventing injury or to prepare for a specific event.

  • The exercises are designed so that they can pinpoint certain areas, either to leave them out if they are injured or to work on problem areas or areas the client wants or needs to concentrate on.

  • Programmes are always interesting and varied with over 2000 exercises on just 3 machines.

  • The machines use springs as resistance which is what makes results so striking and rapid at all levels.
