Getting Started

STEP 1 - The Assessment Session

All clients must complete a one hour assessment session. You will discuss with a qualified instructor your previous sporting experience, any past or present injuries and goals etc. Our instructors will guide you through the equipment and some exercises to gauge what level you are in terms of strength, flexibility and general fitness. From this they can advise on how Pilates on Machines will benefit you through regular participation, how it may overcome injuries and pains that you may have, and prevent future injuries and problems.

STEP 2 - Six Week Level 1 Course

After clients have completed their one hour assessment session they will be invited onto our Level 1 programme. The course runs over six weeks and includes two sessions per week. In that time you become fully acquainted with all the equipment we have in the studio and will have a good grasp of many exercises. Six weeks should also be enough time for you to really feel and see a physical difference within your body.
